Tulsi (Holy Basil)

Tulsi is called the "Queen of Herbs" for good reason. It protects the respiratory system, fights seasonal infections and reduces stress. Chewing 4–5 fresh leaves every morning, or sipping tulsi tea, is the easiest way to make it part of your routine.

Giloy (Guduchi)

Giloy is one of Ayurveda's strongest immuno-modulators. It helps the body resist fevers and infections and supports liver health. A small cup of giloy kadha, prepared by boiling the stem in water, works wonderfully during weather changes.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha builds strength and stamina while calming the nervous system — a rare combination. Its powder, taken with warm milk before bed, improves sleep quality and helps the body recover faster from illness and fatigue.

Triphala

A blend of Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki, Triphala gently cleanses the digestive tract. Since a large part of immunity lives in the gut, a clean gut means stronger defence. Half a teaspoon with warm water at bedtime is the traditional way.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Amla is among the richest natural sources of Vitamin C. One fresh amla a day — or its juice with honey — rejuvenates tissues, slows ageing and keeps skin and hair healthy while steadily raising your immunity.
